These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between WEISSENBERGEUROPE/ Div.de MUSIC PLUS, registered under number BE0756407978, whose registered office is located at WOOZ 21, B-4831 BILSTAIN (BE) and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the www.weissenbergeurope.com website (hereinafter the ‘Customer’).
By placing an order on this site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.

The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes only a non-contractual electronic catalogue. By clicking on the ‘Buy’ button, the customer undertakes to order the goods contained in the shopping basket. An order confirmation will be sent immediately after the order has been placed. The sales contract will only be considered concluded with our separate order confirmation. The text of the contract is saved. The order details and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale are sent to the customer by e-mail.

In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled and the goods will be the entire property of WEISSENBERGEUROPE / MUSICPLUS.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within 10 days of the validation of the order. This period may vary depending on the availability of the products and/or the country of destination of the goods. Any customs and/or administrative charges shall be borne by the Customer.
5.2 Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated according to the geographical zone and the weight of the products. The costs will be indicated before the final validation of the order.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal period
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
6.2 Return of products
To exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products in their original condition, in their original packaging and without any traces of use. The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.
Article 7: Guarantees and claims
7.1 Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of the Belgian Consumer Code and European directives. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Customer may request an exchange or a refund.

Article 9: Liability
9.1 Limitation of liability
WEISSENBERGEUROPE/MUSICPLUS shall not be liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from the order or use of the products.
9.2 Force Majeure
WEISSENBERGEUROPE/MUSICPLUS shall not be liable in the event of force majeure (strike, epidemic, extreme weather conditions, etc.) affecting the delivery or performance of the contract.
Article 10: Intellectual property
All elements of the www.weissenbergeurope.com site, whether visual or audio, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of WEISSENBERGEUROPE/MUSICPLUS. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of these elements is strictly forbidden.

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent courts. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of VERVIERS/Belgium.

WEISSENBERGEUROPE/MUSICPLUS reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new conditions will be published on the site and will come into force as soon as they are put online.
